From Inquiry to Shipment

Inquiry & Brief

Share your design references, target fabric, quantity and delivery deadline. We respond within 24 hours with a quote and timeline.

Sample Development

We produce a physical sample in 5–7 working days. Sampling is free for qualified wholesale buyers; shipping cost is borne by the buyer.

Sample Approval

You review the sample and request adjustments. We iterate until the specification is locked. Typically 1–2 rounds.

Bulk Production

After deposit payment, bulk production begins. Lead time is 25–35 days. You receive production photos at key milestones.

05

QC & Shipment

Each piece passes final QC. We ship via your preferred freight method with full documentation including OEKO-TEX certificates.

Private Label — Modal Lace Collection

2,400 pcs across 8 colourways

Challenge: A UK modest-fashion brand needed a signature lace-edge modal hijab in a mix of neutral and seasonal tones, with their woven label sewn at the neck fold.
Solution: We produced 3 sample iterations over 10 days to match the lace density and colour registration the buyer required. Final bulk was completed in 28 days, including custom woven labels and tissue-paper retail packaging.
Result: 100% on-time delivery; buyer re-ordered within 6 weeks at 3,600 pcs.

OEM — Ruffle Hijab in Gulf Sizing

1,800 pcs, 190 × 80 cm, 4 colourways

Challenge: A Dubai-based retailer required a 3-tier ruffle hijab sized for Gulf styling preferences (wider and longer than the standard export size), with a hang-tag featuring Arabic branding.
Solution: We custom-cut the 190 × 80 cm base fabric and adjusted the ruffle attachment ratio to maintain the correct cascade proportion at the larger size. Arabic hang-tags were produced in-house.
Result: Full shipment cleared UAE customs within 35 days of order confirmation.

Challenge: A Malaysian school uniform supplier needed 360 children's hijabs in a specific sky-blue with a narrow 1.5 cm white floral embroidered trim, delivered in 3 weeks.
Solution: We leveraged our small-batch programme — cut from stock fabric, embroidery digitised from the school's logo motif, and completed in 18 working days including QC.

ODM — Custom Tassel Design

900 pcs, exclusive pattern, 3 colourways

Challenge: A German accessories brand wanted a tassel hijab in an exclusive earth-tone colourway not available from any stock supplier, with 10 cm tassels and their own OEKO-TEX certificate on the packaging.
Solution: We custom-dyed the modal base in collaboration with our dye house partner to achieve the exact Pantone references. The OEKO-TEX batch certificate was issued and included in every retail package.
Result: Product sold out within 6 weeks of launch; buyer moved to seasonal ODM contract.
