Wholesale Buyer FAQ
What is your minimum order quantity for wholesale hijabs?
A one-piece sample is available for approval before bulk. Standard custom bulk MOQ is 100 pieces per colour; special constructions may require 300 pieces per colour. The minimum applies per colourway rather than per order, so you can plan several colours within one purchase order after confirming the product-specific requirement.
How long does it take to get a sample?
A physical sample is produced and shipped within 7 days. Sampling is free for qualified wholesale buyers; you cover the courier cost. If you are matching an existing product, send the reference and we will match fabric weight, hand feel and finishing.
What is the production lead time for a bulk order?
Bulk production runs 25–35 days, counted from deposit payment and final sample approval. Plain colours on stock fabric can complete faster; complex all-over prints with multiple colourways sit at the upper end of that window.
Do you offer OEM and private label manufacturing?
Yes. We handle custom prints, custom colours, custom sizes, woven labels, printed care labels, hang tags and retail packaging. You can supply finished artwork or a reference photo and our team will develop the print file for approval before sampling.
Are your fabrics certified?
Our fabrics are certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100 and our facility operates under ISO 9001. Test reports are available on request before you commit to a bulk order — we recommend requesting these during sampling rather than after production starts.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to over 50 countries, with regular shipments to the Gulf, the United Kingdom, continental Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. Freight method and cost depend on order weight and destination; contact us with your delivery address for a quotation.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer based in Yiwu, Zhejiang, producing since 2008. Printing, cutting, sewing and finishing are handled in-house. We offer one-piece approval samples, standard custom bulk from 100 pieces per colour, and a 300-piece per colour requirement for special constructions when confirmed in the quotation.
Can I order a mixed batch of different fabrics?
Yes, provided each colourway within the order reaches the 100-piece minimum. Mixing modal, jersey, cotton and chiffon in one shipment is common for buyers building a starter range, and consolidating them into a single shipment reduces your per-unit freight cost.
