What is the MOQ for wholesale printed hijab orders?

Our minimum order quantity is 100 pieces per color for all printed hijab fabrics — Print Modal, Print Jersey, Print Cotton and Print Chiffon. You can mix multiple colors within one order, and each color counts separately toward the 100-piece minimum.

How long does hijab sampling take?

Accepted Answer

Sample production takes 7 days from confirmed artwork. Samples are free for qualified wholesale buyers, with shipping cost payable by the buyer. There is no minimum sample order quantity.

Do you offer OEM and private label hijab manufacturing?

Yes. QiuYan Factory provides full OEM and ODM private label service, covering fabric sourcing, custom print design, pattern making, sampling, bulk production and quality control. We produce under your brand label, including custom woven labels, hang tags and retail packaging.

What certifications does your hijab factory hold?

Our facility is ISO 9001 certified for quality management, and all fabrics are OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified for harmful substance testing. Print Jersey products additionally carry CE certification. Test reports are available on request.

What is the production lead time for bulk hijab orders?

Accepted Answer

Bulk production takes 25 to 35 days after sample approval and deposit payment. Lead time depends on order quantity, print complexity and fabric availability. Peak season (August to October) may extend lead time by 5 to 10 days.

Yes. We accept custom Pantone color matching and buyer-supplied print artwork in AI, PSD or high-resolution TIFF format. Our in-house design team can also adapt or develop print patterns based on your reference or mood board.

What is the difference between modal and jersey hijab fabric?

Print Modal is 95% modal with 5% spandex at 60-80 GSM, offering a soft, breathable drape suited to everyday premium hijabs. Print Jersey is 88% polyester with 12% spandex at 130-160 GSM, offering four-way stretch, moisture-wicking performance and UPF 40+ UV protection, making it suited to sport and active hijabs.
